Zero-Toxic Titanium Cookware

Safe, clean and utterly delicious. Discover a whole new concept of cooking with Due Buoi titanium cookware, made in collaboration with Tritania, the leading manufacturers on the market.

Since 1884 we have been working with metal in different forms, from the production of Böhler N690 steel knives to kitchen spatulas. We are close to the food industry and know how crucial safety and hygiene are during food preparation and cooking. This is why we decided to expand our offer with a range of products expressly dedicated to the moment of cooking.

Titanium cookware was an obvious choice for us, given its ability to bring together characteristics of strength, non-toxicity and durability.

Pots defined as nickel free may contain, in according with the law, small percentages of nickel. Ours instead are "zero" nickel for the simple fact that titanium cannot release any nickel during cooking because there is no nickel in titanium. We are ZERO-TOXIC

  • Hypoallergenic: Titanium is a naturally hypoallergenic material, which means that it is unlikely to cause an allergic reaction in people who are sensitive to certain metals or materials.
  • Non-reactive: Titanium does not react with food, which means that it will not leach any harmful chemicals into your food. This is important for people who are allergic to certain metals or who have other food sensitivities.
  • Strong and durable: Titanium is a very strong and durable material, so it can withstand high temperatures and wear and tear. This makes it a good choice for people who are looking for a long-lasting and reliable cookware option.
  • Lightweight: Titanium is a very lightweight material, which makes it a good choice for people who are looking for cookware that is easy to transport and store.
  • Eco-friendly: Titanium is a sustainable material that can be recycled. This makes it a good choice for people who are looking for an eco-friendly cookware option.

Innovative Trilaminate Design

All Due Buoi Tritania titanium pots, pans and casseroles feature a 3-layered structure made of overlapping metal foils:

  • inside cooking surface in pure titanium

  • intermediate layer in pure aluminum

  • outer layer of magnetic AISI 430 stainless steel

All products come with non-riveted ergonomic stainless steel handles screwed to the outside of the pot, for better hygiene and practicality. A breeze to handle and clean.

An environmentally friendly choice

Tritania titanium cookware is the best choice if you want to do good to yourself while respecting the environment:

  • 100% recyclable

  • cleaner production process

  • recycled material packaging

Our pots and pans are not subject to any surface treatments other than sanding, thus resulting in a cleaner production process that is more respectful to the environment than the production of other alloys or metal-coated cookware.
